The literal definition of presales is “before sales”.  Here presales department is the initiator who pitches the client for the sale of product and service. Sales

The sales team keep track for the clients who requires the solutions and after sales services for the implementation of the network technologies. Post Sales

After the successful achievement of the presales department for the implementation of the network design, than comes the post sales department who makes sure that the client satisfaction is highly endorsed. After the approval of the architectural design of the network, the post sales department provides the hardware as proposed to the clients. Post sales department makes sure that the blue print of the network design is implemented as per requirements with splendidly artwork.

Software Department

The diversified side of the ECS is the software development. The system analyst job is to get complete feedback from the client for their manual work and to document the client’s requirement. After doing all the research work the document is forwarded to the design team for the architectural design of the databases and the software.  After completion of the architectural design of the software the design team gets approval from the client and than forward the job to the implementation team whose job is to physically ensure the flow of the data. The software testing team uses highly sophisticated tools for the testing and after their approval the deployment team installs and gives lessons to software users so that the client gets use to the new technology.
